Spellbound Federation
Description
The Spellbound Federation was formed from various groups of mystical healers from across the Blighted Isles that formed a loose federation in order to try to present enough combined might and influence to stop the Qan Imperium from eliminating them in their pursuit to stamp out any and all mysticism beyond their own established religious figures.

Despite the overt oppression, the Spellbound maintained neutrality, never denouncing the Imperium publicly.
