However, he found academia stifling and yearned for adventure. He escaped under the cover of night, taking only a few books that sparked his curiosity about magic and the unknown.

Appearance

Tall with tousled dark hair and expressive hazel eyes. He dresses in scholarly robes that are too formal for adventuring but always carries a mysterious, ornate staff gifted from an old mentor.

Curious and intelligent, but somewhat arrogant due to his privileged upbringing. Joran often hides behind humour to deflect criticism or soften tense situations. He has a deep love for knowledge and discovery, driving him to seek out the truths of the world.
